Its important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from PRS. If for some reason you are not 100% happy with a purchase or wish to send your purchase back then the following terms apply.
*Please not special order goods are non refundable
-Faulty, damaged, shortages or other issues with goods should be brought to the attention of PRS within 24hours of receiving the goods.
-PRS will process refunds within 30 days on receipt of the returned goods. Goods may need to be returned direct to the supplier.
-PRS will inform you of the correct address to return the goods to. Please check conformation of the returns address has been made before returning goods.
-An extra charge maybe incurred should the goods be returned to the wrong address.
-All returned goods are returned at the expense of the customer.
-Returned goods must be sent with senders: Address, name, e-mail and reason for the return of the item.
-PRS Racing cannot accept responsibility for items that have been lost or undelivered. Please ensure that returned items are returned by recorded delivery and proof of delivery is kept. This helps to ensure that should a claim need to be made against the currier company, suitable evidence can be provided that will cover you, should the need arise.
-All goods returned within 7 days of receipt and eligible to a refund, exchange or credit note. Goods returned after 7 days maybe subjected to a re stocking fee.
-Goods must be in original packaging and unused. Any goods returned to PRS in an non- resalable condition will not be entitled to a refund. PRS reserve the right to charge for re packaging of goods due to damage of the original packaging.PRS are not responsible for the labor costs incurred through fitting a faulty or incorrectly supplied part.
Please note that any special order products will be subjected to a deposit of 50% of the value of the product. All deposits are non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
