The Carbotech bobcat compound for the BMW mini is the most popular brake pad compound for street performance. It is extremely kind to wear and tear on the rotors unlike some brake pad compounds which consist of Carbon and Iron mixes. The Ceramic based friction material doesn't produce any corrosive dust causing damage to your Mini alloy wheels. The Bobcat pad provides a great initial bite even when cold and is low noise brake pad. The Bobcat compound provides definate precise stopping power without the intervention of ABS. The Bobcat compund has been know to last up to 2 - 3 times longer than a stock compound, helping you save money on your minis braking system,
